Blackburne & Sons is a 31 year old private money mortgage company. We use our private investors to fund our loans, so we are always in the market to make real estate loans.

Our commercial real estate loans typically have a 15 year term, and our commercial loans almost never have a prepayment penalty or a lock-out clause. We also have some of the lowest loan fees of any hard money lender in the country.

In addition, we are doing residential non-owner occupied, business purpose loans in California! Much like our commercial loans, we have low loan fees and on select deals might even go down to par.
