Is This a Suitable Investment?

Not everyone is a suitable candidate to invest in first trust deeds from Blackburne & Sons.

Residents of States Other Than California

Non-California-residents must purchase the entire loan.  They must also be an Accredited Investor.  An Accredited Investor is one who must have a net worth of at least one million U.S. dollars, not including the value of his residence or have made at least $200,000 each year for the last two years ($300,000 with his or her spouse if married) and have the expectation to make the same amount this year.

California Residents

To be suitable you should have either (1) a net worth, exclusive of home, furnishings, and automobile, of at least $500,000 or (2) a net worth, exclusive of home, furnishings, and automobile, of at least $250,000 and a gross annual income of at least $65,000.
