Accreditation

The process of proving that you are an accredited investor is easy, and you only have to do this once every five years.  Once accredited, you can call us up (or email us) and say, “I’ll take $10,000 in this deal and $25,000 in that deal.”  Then, assuming your loan(s) pay as agreed, you can sit back and enjoy monthly interest payments at 10% to 12% interest.  That’s a whole lot of monthly income.

The fact that you are accredited is easy to prove if you use a CPA, an attorney, an SEC registered broker-dealer (stock broker), or a SEC registered investment advisor (RIA).
